2. Payment Currency
Merenlo accepts new orders for delivery within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
All product prices, shipping charges and order totals are displayed in British pounds sterling (GBP / £).
The total amount payable is shown before you complete your purchase.
If your payment account uses another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or currency-conversion charges.
3. Apple Pay and Google Pay
Apple Pay and Google Pay may be available for eligible transactions.
Their availability depends on factors including your device, browser, digital-wallet configuration and the supported payment options displayed at checkout.
If your preferred wallet is not shown, please select another available payment method.
4. PayPal
Where PayPal is available at checkout, you can select it and follow the instructions provided during the payment process.
You may be asked to sign in to your PayPal account or complete additional verification.
PayPal availability is subject to the payment configuration and the eligibility of your account and transaction.
5. Shop Pay
Shop Pay may be available as an accelerated checkout option for eligible customers.
Its availability depends on the checkout configuration and applicable customer or transaction requirements.
If Shop Pay is displayed, you can follow the checkout instructions to complete your purchase.
6. Secure Payment Processing
Payments are processed through Shopify Payments and other supported payment providers made available through our checkout.
Merenlo does not store your full payment-card details on its website.
Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may request additional identity verification or security checks before authorising a transaction.
7. When Is Payment Taken?
Payment is normally taken when you complete your order through our checkout.
Once your order has been submitted, you should receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
If your payment cannot be authorised, your order may not be completed.
8. Payment Problems
If your payment is declined or cannot be completed, please check that your payment details and billing information are correct.
Your bank or payment provider may also require additional verification or impose transaction restrictions.

Merenlo does not accept:

- Manual bank transfers
- Cheques

Please only make payments using the official Merenlo checkout.
10. Refunds
When a refund is due, it is processed back to the original payment method used for the order.
Refunds are normally issued in GBP for UK orders.
Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
