For returns made under the voluntary portion of Merenlo's 30-day return policy, including days 15–30 after delivery, items must normally be unworn, unwashed, unused, in their original condition and returned with original tags attached where applicable.
For ordinary change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct return shipping cost unless Merenlo states otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
If goods are faulty, damaged, defective, incorrect, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming, you will not be required to bear return costs that are Merenlo's responsibility under applicable consumer law.
